Merchant Onboarding Flow

The onboarding process for merchants with Saber Money is designed to ensure a smooth and seamless integration experience. The steps outlined below guide merchants through each stage, from initial discussions to going live with Saber Money’s infrastructure.

Onboarding Steps

1. Introductory Call

A call is scheduled between the merchant and Saber Money’s team to understand and validate the merchant’s requirements.

2. Commercial and Product Solution Discussion

Following the initial understanding, the Saber team discusses the commercial terms and product solution tailored to the merchant’s needs.

3. Creation of Communication Channels

Mutual communication channels are established to streamline coordination and support throughout the onboarding process.

4. Dashboard Access for Sandbox Environment

• Saber Money provides the merchant with access to the dashboard.
• Sandbox API keys are generated by the merchant via the dashboard for initial flow testing in the sandbox environment.

5. Merchant KYB (Know Your Business) Submission

• The merchant fills out the KYB (Know Your Business) form. This process continues in parallel with sandbox testing
• Saber Money verifies the KYB documentation while the merchant proceeds with sandbox testing.

6. Technical Solutioning Call (Optional)

If required, a technical solutioning call is conducted to address integration queries and provide additional guidance to the merchant.

7. Flow Validation

Post sandbox testing, the merchant validates their integration with the Saber Money team to ensure a flawless implementation.

8. Commercial Finalization and License Agreement

Upon successful sandbox testing and KYB verification, the commercial terms are finalized, and a license agreement is signed between parties.

9. Production Dashboard Access

• Saber Money provides the merchant with production dashboard access.
• The merchant generates production API keys from the dashboard.

10. Final Testing in the Production Environment

The merchant conducts final tests in the production environment to ensure end-to-end functionality.

11. Go Live 🎉

Once all tests are completed, the merchant goes live, enabling their end-users to utilize Saber Money’s onramp and offramp services.
