Initiate Internal Transfer

This endpoint is used to initiate internal transfer between two users registered on Saber Money. This is an off-chain transaction, and no network fee will be included in this transfer.

It required the user id for the sender user and the receiver user. Please ensure that the user has enough wallet balance before initiating the transfer.
